MEDEV Studios ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Our Applications
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by MEDEV Studios, including but not limited to:

Information We Collect

We respect your privacy and minimize data collection. We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data (GPS, network-based location)
- Contact lists or address books
- Photos, videos, or files from your device
- Financial or payment information
- Health or biometric data
Information Collected Automatically
When you use our applications, certain information may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into our apps:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Advertising ID), screen resolution, and language settings
- Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, in-app events, crash reports, and performance metrics
- Network Information: IP address (may be used by third-party services for region-based content), network type (Wi-Fi, cellular)
All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Google Play Games Services
Some of our apps integrate with Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboards and achievements. When you sign in with your Google Play Games account, Google may collect data according to their own privacy policy. We access only your public gaming profile (display name and profile picture) for leaderboard functionality. We do not store this data on our servers.
Third-Party Services
Our applications use the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their respective privacy policies:
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. In the European Economic Area (EEA), users will be presented with a consent form before any personalized advertising.
Google Analytics for Firebase
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our apps. Firebase collects anonymized usage and engagement data, device information, and crash reports.
Google Play Games Services
Used for leaderboards and achievements. Data is processed by Google according to their privacy policy.
Advertising
Our free applications are supported by advertising. We display the following ad formats:
- Banner Ads: Small ads displayed within the app interface
- Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown at natural transition points
- Rewarded Ads: Optional ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards
Ad Personalization
By default, ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- In-App: When prompted with a consent dialog (EEA users), you can choose non-personalized ads
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you will be shown a consent form before any data is collected for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings or by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data directly, there is no personal data to retain on our end. Third-party services may retain data according to their own policies:
- Google AdMob retains advertising data for up to 2 years
- Firebase Analytics retains event-level data for 14 months by default
- Google Play Games retains your gaming profile as long as your Google account is active
Local data stored on your device (game progress, settings) persists until you uninstall the application or clear app data.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: Request information about data collected through our Services
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of data associated with your usage
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of personalized advertising
- Right to Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time
For EEA Residents (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have additional rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing data is legitimate interest and consent (for personalized advertising).
For California Residents (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information is collected and request its deletion. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
For Turkish Residents (KVKK)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to automated processing. We take the security of your information seriously. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement commercially acceptable means to protect data within our applications:
- All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Local data is stored securely using the Android platform's built-in mechanisms
- We follow Android security best practices for application development
- We regularly update our dependencies to address known vulnerabilities
