Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using UpStack (the "App") developed by MEDEV Studios ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of platform (Android, iOS, or web).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Sublicense, sell, or rent access to the App

All in-game content — including but not limited to themes, block skins, trail effects, sounds, music, and artwork — is the intellectual property of MEDEV Studios and is protected by copyright law.

Virtual items (block skins, visual effects) are unlocked through gameplay achievements. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are non-transferable between devices (stored locally)
• May be modified or removed in future updates

UpStack offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. By making an in-app purchase:

• You acknowledge that the purchase is processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• All purchases are subject to the store's refund policy
• Purchase entitlements can be restored on the same platform using "Restore Purchases"
• MEDEV Studios does not process or store payment information

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate gameplay or leaderboard scores
• Submit false or misleading scores to Google Play Games leaderboards
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them to us instead)

We reserve the right to take action against users who violate these guidelines, including but not limited to resetting scores or requesting removal from leaderboards via Google Play Games.

UpStack is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Rewarded video ads may be shown when you choose to watch them for gameplay benefits (second chance)
• Banner ads may appear during menu browsing
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not controlled by MEDEV Studios

Ads can be permanently removed via a one-time in-app purchase.

We strive to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Release updates that modify, add, or remove features, themes, or content
• Temporarily suspend the App for maintenance
• Discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice

We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEDEV Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or clearing app data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice via an in-app notification.
