MEDEV Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the UpStack mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our App, how it is used, and your choices.

UpStack is a premium isometric block stacking game featuring three dynamic themes (Forest Serenity, Cosmic Journey, Cyber Night), 10 block skins, weekly challenges, 1v1 duel mode, and a progression system. Your core game progress is stored locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to play.

UpStack is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not require user registration, login, or any personal information to play the game.

Data stored locally on your device:

• High score and maximum combo
• Total games played
• Achievement progress
• XP level and progression data
• Daily challenge progress
• Weekly challenge scores and attempts
• Unlocked block skins
• Game settings (sound volumes, mute state, language preference)
• Theme and skin selection
• Ad removal purchase status

This data is stored using localStorage (device-local key-value storage) and is never transmitted to our servers.

UpStack uses Google AdMob to display two types of advertisements:

• Rewarded Video Ads — Optional ads that players can choose to watch in exchange for a second chance to continue gameplay
• Banner Ads — Small ads displayed at the bottom of the screen during menu browsing

Google AdMob may collect the following data for ad personalization and delivery:

• Advertising ID (can be reset or disabled in device settings)
• Device type and operating system version
• General location (country/region level, not precise GPS)
• App usage data for ad frequency and relevance

You can opt out of ad personalization at any time via your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

UpStack offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove all advertisements from the game. This transaction is processed entirely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store payment infrastructure.

• Your payment information is processed by Google/Apple, not by MEDEV Studios
• We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card, bank, or payment details
• Purchase status is stored locally on your device and can be restored via the "Restore Purchases" option

The global leaderboard feature is powered by Google Play Games Services. If you connect your Google Play Games account:

• Your chosen gamer display name and avatar will be visible to other players on the leaderboard
• Your high scores will be submitted to Google's servers
• You can manage or delete your Play Games profile at any time from the Play Games app

Leaderboard participation is completely optional. You can play the full game without connecting to Google Play Games. If you are not signed in, your scores remain local to your device.

The following third-party services are integrated into the App:

We do not integrate Facebook SDKs, Firebase Analytics, third-party marketing platforms, or data brokers.

UpStack is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from any user, including children. The App does not require registration or account creation.

Ads shown in the App are served by Google AdMob. If your device is configured as a child's device or has parental controls enabled, Google may serve age-appropriate ads accordingly.

If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal information through the App, please contact us at info@medevstudios.com and we will take immediate steps to address it.

Depending on your region, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, or similar regulations:

• Delete local save data — Uninstall the App or clear App data in Settings
• Opt out of ad personalization — Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Delete Play Games profile — Via the Google Play Games app
• Restore purchases — Via the in-app "Restore Purchases" button after reinstallation

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no account data for us to delete. All game data resides locally on your device.

All game data is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. No game data is transmitted over the internet except when:

• Google AdMob loads and displays advertisements
• Google Play Games submits scores to leaderboards (if opted in)
• Google Play Billing processes an in-app purchase

These communications are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
