MEDEV Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Market Simulator: Idle Tycoon mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our App, how it is used, and your choices.

Market Simulator: Idle Tycoon is an idle/simulation game. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Optional features such as cloud save, leaderboards, and advertisement display involve third-party Google services described below.

We do not collect or request any personal identifiers directly. However, the App integrates third-party services from Google which may access:

• Advertising identifiers — Google AdMob uses your device's advertising ID (GAID) to serve relevant banner ads, opt-in rewarded ads, and track basic ad conversions.
• Google Play Services profile — If you choose to log in using Google Play Games, your chosen display name, avatar, and game scores are processed to update public leaderboards and sync game files.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or billing details.

Your game state — including money, upgrades, cashier levels, unlocked shelves, and unlocked themes — is saved locally on your device using SharedPreferences (market_sim_prefs). Additionally:

• If you log in with Google Play Games, the App can automatically backup and sync your progress to Google's cloud servers (via Snapshots API).
• This data is fully owned and managed by you and is not stored on MEDEV Studios' private servers.
• You can delete your local save by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device Settings.

The App displays standard Banner Ads at the bottom of the screen to monetize gameplay passively. It also offers Rewarded Ads, which are strictly opt-in and shown only when you explicitly tap an ad icon to reset a skill's cooldown or double offline progress earnings for free.

Google AdMob collects information according to Google's Privacy Policy, which may include:

• Advertising ID (GAID) for ad personalization and capping
• Approximate location (IP-based) for localized ads
• App crashes and performance diagnostics

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

The global leaderboard and cloud saving features are powered by Google Play Games Services V2. When you log in with your Google account:

• Your chosen gamer display name and avatar will be displayed on the public high-score leaderboard.
• Your game progress is synced securely to your personal Google Drive / Saved Games container.
• You can manage or revoke access to your Google Play Games profile at any time directly through the Google Play Games settings.

The App integrates the following Google Play Services SDKs:

We do not integrate analytic tools (such as Flurry, GameAnalytics), social media tracking SDKs, or data brokers.

Market Simulator: Idle Tycoon is rated for ages 3+ on Google Play. We do not collect personal information from children. All advertising served by Google AdMob is filtered to remain age-appropriate.

If you believe a child has provided any personal details through the App, please contact us at info@medevstudios.com and we will take immediate steps to address it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations:

• Delete save data — Uninstall the App or clear App data in device settings.
• Opt out of ad personalization — Device Settings → Google → Ads.
• Disconnect Play Games — Revoke access inside the Google Play Games settings.
