Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AstroFlip: Cosmic Escape (the "App") developed by MEDEV Studios ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of platform (Android, iOS, or web).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Sublicense, sell, or rent access to the App

All in-game content — including but not limited to levels, characters, skins, trails, effects, sounds, music, and artwork — is the intellectual property of MEDEV Studios and is protected by copyright law.

Virtual items (cosmetic skins, trails, visual effects) are purchased with in-game stars earned through gameplay. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are non-transferable between devices (stored locally)
• May be modified or removed in future updates

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate gameplay or leaderboard scores
• Submit false or misleading scores to Google Play Games leaderboards
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar player names or profile information
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them to us instead)

We reserve the right to take action against users who violate these guidelines, including but not limited to resetting scores or requesting removal from leaderboards via Google Play Games.

AstroFlip: Cosmic Escape is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Rewarded video ads may be shown when you choose to watch them for in-game benefits
• Interstitial ads may appear between game sessions
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not controlled by MEDEV Studios

We implement reasonable frequency caps to ensure a fair gameplay experience (max 3 interstitials per session, 60-second minimum interval).

We strive to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Release updates that modify, add, or remove features, levels, or content
• Temporarily suspend the App for maintenance
• Discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice

We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEDEV Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or clearing app data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice via an in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
